To allow incoming high school students to explore all the organizations at Arcadia High School (AHS), AHS held our annual Spring Preview on Mar. 28 after school. Students from different middle schools, elementary schools, and AHS visited clubs, teams, and internships that piqued their interest. Spring Preview featured AHS’ many sports teams, academic teams, and other AHS programs. Attendees experienced performances from hardworking groups such as Orchesis Dance Company (ODC), Pep Squad, Pep Band, and Drumline.
Each table included 1-2 organizations, and everyone had a creative way to market what they stood for. Some of these activities included memory games, trivia, fun experiments, and reaction time tests to spark more interest and attract people to the tables. Others had balloons to hand out and fun frames to take photos with.
