Thank You, People

Thank You, People

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I would love to express my gratitude. As a person who loves doing community service, I am grateful for all the people who support the community by providing their time and efforts. An ideal community in my eyes is one where all the people live in peace with each other. It is a community where everyone strives to help each other and progress. I feel that a better community is a place where there are the values of equal understanding, equal respect, and equal representation of every person. The people who value this and work for it deserve a lot of gratitude.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who understand the importance of service and value ‘giving’ to the community. I am a strong believer of the fact that the act of giving is indeed self-healing. I think that it is these acts of service that bring the best out of us. I, personally, find happiness in just helping someone. Their smile when they say, “Thank you” is something that makes my day. The people who prioritize social service help foster engagement with the society that we live in; it makes us better people; it promotes the skill of problem-solving.

We children who are the future of tomorrow need to understand the importance of respecting and valuing the community and the best way that they can embrace this is by serving the community. All the people who value this selfless act of serving teach me that the quality of ownership is something that makes one efficient to encourage the right values in society and provide the community with a vision to work towards. I would also like to thank schools that part-take in activities of service, non-profit organizations that support the community and  parents that instill in their children the value of service to the community.

The people who help out the community to progress and do the less glamorous jobs to improve the world we see around us.I would like to say that because of all of these people I am inspired to contribute and bring a smile on someone’s face by mere acts of kindness.

Thank you to every single person who makes it a point to help someone, who wishes the best for someone else and who contributes to bring someone else’s dreams come true. Thank you for your help and efforts! You deserve the world!
