Tired of the same old store bought jam? Well, you’re in luck, because now you can make your own fresh jam! With homemade jam, you can control the amount of sugar and the quantity of your sweet paste. These simple jam recipes go well with anything from toast to cake.

 

Raspberry Jam

100g frozen raspberries

50g sugar

5g squeezed lemon juice

  1. In a pot, combine the raspberry and sugar and keep on low to medium heat
  2. Keep mixing until the raspberry and sugar melt together, then stop the fire
  3. Add the lemon juice
  4. Pour into a clean jar and enjoy!

 

Orange Raspberry Jam

1 orange

60g frozen raspberries

60g sugar

1 tsp squeezed lemon

  1. Cut off the head and end of the orange. Then, cut the orange down the middle to form two circles. Remove the skin.
  2. Separate the oranges into small pieces and place them into the pot along with the raspberries and sugar on medium heat.
  3. Turning the fire down to low to medium heat, stir until blended and viscous for roughly 10 minutes.
  4. Turn the fire off and add in the lemon juice.
  5. Transfer into a jar, and voila! Your very own orange raspberry jam.

 

Caramel Milk Jam

90g sugar

15g water

90g whipping cream

  1. In a pot, combine the sugar and water and keep on medium to high heat
  2. Once the sugar and water mixture turns light brown, turn off the fire
  3. Pour the cream in 4 to 5 separate times. Stir until creamy
  4. Pour into a jar and savor the flavor with a piece of cake!
