Nutrition bars are the perfect snack when on-the-go. There are so many choices and varieties to choose from, too. But the counter is the price. Not only are these bars expensive, they also carry unnecessary and unhealthy ingredients. So instead of spending money on just one $3 bar, learn to make your own! In this article, you will find some recipes for quick, simple, and healthy nutrition bars.
Chocolate Chip Peanut Bars
- Line any size baking dish with parchment paper
- Add the peanuts, two pinches of salt, chocolate chips, a dash of milk and vanilla extract to a bowl and beat until the mixture starts to clump together
- Transfer the mixture into the baking dish
- Drizzle with melted chocolate
- Chill for 45 minutes to 1 hour
- Remove the bars from the baking dish and cut into the desired number of pieces
- Enjoy!

- Use any sized baking dish with parchment paper for the cooled mixture
- Press into the bar with chocolate and/or marshmallows
- Cool in the refrigerator for at least two hours
- Cut and enjoy!

- Melt peanut butter and honey for a liquid mixture and add chocolate chips and Rice Krispie cereal for a solid mixture
