In this podcast we will discuss Arcadia High School’s usage of the name “Apache” to represent our school. Over the past few decades, people have become increasingly aware of the importance of respecting indigenous cultures past and present. Specifically, we will look at Arcadia High School’s relationship with the White Mountain Apaches and how Native American names and images have been used throughout the school’s history.
