Homemade Shamrock Shake

McDonald’s is well known for its incredibly cheap food. However, it’s not the healthiest. Most of the food is artificially made, but can easily be remade at home. This is a recreation of the iconic McDonald’s shamrock shake, and it’s all-natural too!

Ingredients:

2 cups of milk

1 teaspoon of peppermint extract or peppermint oil extract

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 peeled avocado

1/4 cup of honey (Add more if desired)

1 cup of raw spinach (Packed)

4 cups of ice

Directions:

  1. Combine milk, mint and vanilla extract, avocado, honey, and spinach into a blender until smooth.
  2. Add in the ice and blend until a milkshake consistency is created.
  3. Enjoy your milkshakes!

 

That’s it! These milkshakes are super simple to create and they taste like McDonald’s but are way healthier! The avocado leftovers can also be frozen for future use.
